يتميَّزُ الكتابُ عن سائرِ الكتبِ السّابقةِ بمباحثَ تفصيليَّةٍ في بيانِ موضوعاتٍ بعضُها تمَّ بحثُها لكنْ بالطريقةِ السَّرديَّةِ دونَ التَّحليلِ والاستنادِ إلى القرآنِ الكريمِ وما أوضحَهُ المفسِّرونَ، وبعضُها لم تكنْ مبحوثةً سابقًا كمبحثِ شرحِ زيارةِ الإمامِ الحسنِ ومقاماتِهِ، ومبحثِ قيادتِهِ في ظلِّ المجتمعِ المتدنِّي وغيرِ ذلكَ.
ولكي يتضمَّنَ الكتابُ مباحثَ كافيةً في سيرةِ الإمامِ الحسنِ عليهِ السلامُ فقد بحثَ المؤلِّفُ فيه خمسةَ عشرَ مبحثًا، أوَّلُها مسيرتُهُ وسردُ سيرتِهِ كاملةً في سطورٍ، وآخرُها عمليَّةُ اغتيالِهِ وأسبابُها وانتقالُهُ إلى الرفيقِ الأعلى.
