بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم والصلاة والسلام على أفضل المرسلين سيدنا محمد وعلى أهل بيته الطيبين الطاهرين روحي وأرواح العالمين لتراب مقدمهم الفدى.
فمن منطلق كون جور السلطان آفة للعمران المأمول من توفره في كل دولة من الدول بغض النظر عن كونها دينية أو مدنية, وفي نفس الوقت إنّه سيكون سبباً في هلاك الأفاضل بجور الأراذل اللئام الذي يُضطهد بحكمهم الكرام وفقاً لما قاله أمير المؤمنين علي بن أبي طالب × «إذا استولى اللئام اضطهد الكرام.».
لذلك كان لزاماً على الشارع المقدس بمعنى لطفه بهم أن يوفر لهم قيادة تنقلهم من حضيض الجهل ومستنقع الرذيلة والتسافل إلى قمة الكمال المنشود بإرسال الرسل ليتولوا هذه المهمة التي أوقعها على عاتقهم بدستور شامل لما تقتضيه المرحلة في كل حقبة من حقب التأريخ, وهم بدورهم وضعوا لنا النقاط على حروف من ينبغي أن يتسلّم هذا المنصب العظيم بعد رحيلهم من هذه الدنيا, وهو ما وقع فعلاً في >غدير خم< بجعل من كان وليه ليكون علياً وليه لكونه متصفاً بمواصفات ينبغي أن تتوفر فيمن يخلف هذه الرسالة, حتى جاء صالح بعد صالح لحين وصولنا لغيبة صاحب العصر والزمان < عجل الله فرجه.
وبما أنّ وجود وتوفر القيادة للمجتمع ضرورة لا يتسنى لمن عاش ضمن جماعة معينة من الناس أن يستغني عنها لنظم أمرهم.
وضح لنا أهل البيت من ينبغي أن يتسلم هذا المنصب العظيم في عصر هذه الغيبة, ووضعوا لنا شروطاً ينبغي توفرها فيه.
وهذا ما سنتناوله في هذا البحث المختصر ليتضح من هو أهلاً لذلك دون غيره. والحمد لله أولاً وآخراً على ما أنعم.
