محمد جبالي من مواليد 24 جانفي 1972 باتنة الجزائر . تعلم ببلدية عين ياقوت و تلقى تعليمه الأولي الإبتدائي سنوات 1977 الى 1983
ثم المتوسط 1983 1987فيها
ثم انتقل سنة 1987 الى ثانوية صلاح الدين الأيوبي باتنة مركز حيث تحصل على البكالوريا سنة 1990 ليلتحق بالجامعة و يتنوع في دراسته بين الحقوق و اللغات و الشريعة . بعد تخرجه ليسانس شريعة التحق بالتعليم الابتدائي و لا يزال معلما في المدارس الابتدائية.
له مشاريع عناوين كتب متنوعة دينية و تاريخية و أدبية و اجتماعية متنوعة .
