وقد اتبعنا في عرض محتويات هذا الكتاب
أن نبدأ بذكر اسم العُشبة أو النبتة أو البذور أو الزيت ثم نذكر تركيبه الكيميائي (المحتويات الكيميائية الرئيسية) مع ذكر خصائصها العلاجية
ثم نذكر ما يقارب من عشرين وصفة طبية بلدية شعبية سهلة المأخذ قريبة المنال وذلك حتى تعم الفائدة على القارئ
ثم بدأنا في ذكر الأمراض الشائعة مرتبة من الرأس وحتى الأقدام ,
حيث تناولنا المرض واعراضه (حتى يستطيع الشخص أن يعرف مرضه ويتبين حقيقته )
ثم عرضنا أسباب المرض (حتى يتجنب الشخص الأسباب فيتقي شر المرض )
ثم عرضنا طريقة العلاج بالأعشاب أو الأعشاب التي تساعد على زيادة مناعة الجسم حتى يكافح المرض , فهناك أمراض لابد لها من علاج تقليدي ودور الأعشاب هنا هو دور تكميلي , يعمل على زيادة فاعلية تلك الأدوية والعاقير الطبية
ووجدت أن الكتاب سيكون كبير الحجم , لذا أُضطررت الى تقسيم الكتاب الى جزأين , وكان هذا هو الجزء الأول
