هشام عبيد ،(بالفرنسية:Hichem Abid)، ولد يوم 22 سبتمبر 1988، بوادي الأبطال في ولاية معسكر، مؤلف روائي جزائري، حاصل على ليسانس لغة فرنسية.
أعماله:
•صدرت له في صيف 2019 رواية كانيبال من قبل دار منشورات ومضة بالجزائر.
•ظهرت روايته ضمن القائمة القصيرة لجائزة خيال للإبداع الروائي في دورتها الأولى من العام 2022.
•فاز بجائزة اتحاد الكتاب الجزائريين للمبدعين الشباب (سعيد كروان) في يوليو من العام 2024 عن نصه الروائي: الوريث الوحيد لأملاك شاكر.

في يوم ضبابيّ بارد من شتاء عام 2000، مرتديًا جاكيت صوفي محشو بالريش، ووشاح قطني حول الرقبة، وحقيبة سفر على الظهر محشوة بالمعدات المناسبة لوجهته، وقفازات تكشف عن أطراف أصابعه، وكاميرا كانون Pro 70 معلقة على كتفه لتدوين مغامرته، ينطلق خليل مع مجموعة من الأصدقاء من محبي التخييم في رحلة إلى غابة العذراء في مسرغين بوهران بحثًا عن الهدوء والعزلة في الطبيعة بعيدًا عن ضوضاء المدينة وزخرفها. تتحول الرحلة الباردة فجأةً إلى رحلة حياة أو موت، رحلة شقاء وصراع للبقاء على قيد الحياة، عندما يجد خليل نفسه وجهًا لوجه مع جماعة مسلحة. ماذا سيفعل؟ وكيف سيتصرف؟ من خلال سردٍ ممتع وغني بالأحداث، يستحضر الكاتب تساؤلات عميقة عن الوجود والموت والبقاء وتفاهة الحياة، وكيف يصبح كل شيء بلا معنى في أحلك الأوقات، وكيف يدفعك الخطر لصياغة فهمٍ جديدٍ للحياة. تدور أحداث الرواية في مدينة وهران مع بداية الألفية الجديدة، وهي حقبة غنية بالتحولات السياسية والاجتماعية في الجزائر، مسلطة الضوء مواضيع مثل الهوية، والحرية، و الفساد السياسي، النفاق الاجتماعي، التناقضات بين طبقات المجتمع، انهيار الاحلام، والخيبات الشخصية.
