ضوابط الرقية الشرعية تعتمد على تحقيق التوازن بين الإتباع الصحيح للسنة النبوية والتأصيل العلمي الذي يراعي المقاصد الشرعية. ويمكن تلخيص هذه الضوابط في النقاط التالية:
1. الاعتماد على النصوص الشرعية:
يجب أن تستند الرقية الشرعية إلى القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، مثل قراءة سورة الفاتحة، وآية الكرسي، والمعوذتين، والأدعية المأثورة عن النبي ﷺ.
2. تجنب البدع والخرافات:
لا يجوز استخدام كلمات أو طقوس لا أصل لها في الدين، مثل التعاويذ غير المفهومة أو الرموز الغريبة التي تفتقر إلى دليل شرعي.
3. نية الاستشفاء بالله وحده:
يجب أن تكون نية الراقي والمسترقي هي التوكل على الله تعالى وحده كشافٍ للضر، دون التعلق بالأشخاص أو الأدوات.
4. عدم استغلال الناس:
ينبغي على الراقي أن يكون أمينًا، ويتجنب استغلال المحتاجين لتحقيق مكاسب مادية أو التأثير عليهم نفسيًا بغير وجه حق.
5. الموازنة بين التقليد والإتباع:
يجوز تعلم الرقية الشرعية من العلماء والرقاة الثقات، ولكن يجب أن تكون مطابقة للسنة النبوية ولا تتبع الأعراف والتقاليد التي تتنافى مع الشريعة.
باتباع هذه الضوابط، تكون الرقية وسيلة شرعية للاستشفاء والابتعاد عن البدع والمخالفات.
