رواية قصيرة تتحدث فيها الكاتبة علۍ لسان البطلة عن عدة مواضيع لها علاقة ببعض المفاهيم خاصة تلك التي لها علاقة بالحب ، حيث تجسد شخصية البطلة طالبة جامعية في كلية اللغة الفرنسية؛ تعاني من حالة إكتئاب حاد ، تحب الإنعزال دائما،
لكن ذلك لا يأثر عليها مثلما يرۍ الجميع بل يساعدها علۍ إدراك الكثير من المعاني ما يجعلها في الأخير تكسب قوة في شخصيتها وميزة خاصة، حيث تشرح الكاتبة في الرواية المعنۍ الحقيقي للحب والذي في نظرها ليس له علاقة بالأشياء المادية، ولا بالهدايا أحيانا والالوان، هذا ما يعطي للرواية شكل خاص ومختلف عن ما كتبته الكاتبة في أعمالها الأخرۍ
