أعلن القرآن الكريم بوضوح تام أن بعض آياته متشابهات بمعنى أن نصها يحتمل عدة معان مختلفة ومن ثم يصبح معرفة (تمييز) المعنى المقصود يتطلب رسوخًا في العلم بالمعاني المختلفة للألفاظ ورؤية شاملة عميقة للخطاب الإلهي وإلهامًا من الله يُنير أمام القلب الطريق إلى المعنى المقصود.
ويأتي على رأس الألفاظ القائدة الهامة التي تحتمل عدة معاني لفظ "الروح" ولفظ "الدين".
وقد أدى الخلط بين المعاني المختلفة لهذين اللفظين في المواضع المختلفة في النص القرآني الحكيم إلى العديد من الأخطاء الفكرية والفقهية.
ولذلك وجدت أنه من المفيد للقارئ الباحث عن الحقيقة بيان المعنى المقصود لكل لفظ منهما في كل موضع ذُكر فيه.
فكانت هذه الدراسة التي أرجو من الله أن تُلقى نورًا على النص الإلهي الذي وُصِف بحق "أنه حمًّال أوجه" بمعنى يحتمل عدة مستويات من الفهم.
