Ashraf Elalam is currently a Ph.D. student in the Department of Business Administration at Potomac University. He holds a Master of Science in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Department of Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Libyan Academy - Tripoli. He earned a B.E. From Al-Rafaq University, Libya. Dr. Ashraf has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Self-Building and Human Development.

He worked as a stability advisor in Libya with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). He has a major role in establishing and training the personal protection apparatus in the Prime Ministry, and he worked with the Reconciliation Committee in Libya. Some of his research interests are in promoting peace and stability. He has published several research papers in leading journals and conferences.
