The voice of Africa comes from a buried hope, a violated law, an eternal struggle towards a whole universe, and a history of a bloody colonialism. It comes from a revolution that would not be achieved. It is the yell of a land that is stripped from its sources and history. The international propaganda thunders that the African is a victim of his/her own government. Throughout the decades, Africa has been a victim of a series of western ideologies and streams. The international propaganda is considered as an ideological means through which Africa is stereotyped as a shelter for famine, ignorance, traditions, and miserable conditions of education. The power of media lies in the way it expresses sympathy instead of searching for what is behind the scenes of famine and ignorance.
