This publication is one of the outcomes of a two year experience in Cross-Cultural research, education and communication joining different partners from the Euro-Mediterranean region.
It represents an added value to the reflection on and the practice of Cross-Cultural Education since it combines actors from different fields (Civil Society, Academic institutions and Governmental and International organizations) and from different regions, namely European and Arab countries.
As an effective reflection on cross-cultural education has to take into account the complex realities we live in, this book tackles the current socio-political framework in both Europe and the Arab World, as well as the religious dimension of cross-cultural education, besides providing strategies for cross-cultural education and examples of good practices in that domain.
