The author provides verses from the Qur’an such as Surah al- Baqarah and Surah al- Jinn, as well as authentic hadiths, to prove the seriousness of the issue. The book also warns Muslims against visiting fortune- tellers, even out of curiosity, since belief in their words can nullify faith. Shaykh Ibn Baaz emphasizes repentance, tawbah, and reliance on Allah as the only protection.
