والمطلب الثاني في البحث عن تحية غير المسلمين وتهنئتهم بمناسباتهم، والمطلب الأخير في الكتاب عن خطابنا لغير المسلمين من خلال الصلات الإنسانية وفيه تأليفهم بإعطائهم النفقات من بيت مال المسلمين بما يشمل الزكاة والصدقات والجزية ومدى جواز تغيير اسمها أو إسقاطها.
