ولد في العاصمة العراقية بغداد ، عام 1965. درس علم النفس في جامعة بغداد.
عضو الاتحاد العام للأدباء والكتاب في العراق.
مؤسس ومشرف عام لمؤسسة جامع الائمة للثقافة والاعلام(NGO).
عمل في الاشراف التربوي في بغداد. له عدة بحوث ودراسات وانشطة ثقافية وفكرية. كتب في العقائد والتاريخ والفلسفة وله مؤلفات اثرى من خلالها المكتبة العربية والاسلامية .

كتاب رد فيه المؤلف على (الشيخ محمد اليعقوبي) حول بعض آرائه عن طريقة سيطرة الإمام المهدي (عليه السلام) على العالم والتي طرحها في كتابه (شكوى الإمام). ووضح فيه المؤلف الطريقة المثلى للسيطرة على العالم ونشر العدل المطلق فيه ، وبيان كيفية مسير البشرية الى تكاملها المنشود.
