غنيّ عن البيان أنّ تدقيق النظر في الظاهرة الشعرية ينبني على البحث في خصائص التجربة الشعريّة مفردة غير موصولة بتجارب أخرى، لأنّ للذات حضورها المخصوص ومسلكها الذي يميّزها ويفردها عن غيرها، وتتجلّى الرؤية الذاتية للشاعر في كيفية تمثّله السنّة الشعرية والتجارب السابقة، وتصرّفه فيها تصرّفاً يفصح عن إختياراته ويعبّر عن ذاته.
وقد تأكّد لدينا أنّ نزار قبّاني شاعر من أصحاب التجارب الشعرية المستقلة، لأنه لم ينخرط في التجارب الشعرية المعاصرة له مثل شعر الحداثة مع السيّاب ونازك الملائكة والبيّاني وغيرهم، بل سعى إلى أن يفرد لنفسه رؤيا شعريّة يختصّ بها.
وهذا ما دعانا إلى الإهتمام بشعره ولا سيما أنّ بين الذات والشعر ألفة وقراناً جعلا في النفس ولها بإدراك أسرار جمال الشعر من خلال رؤيا نقدية مجرّدة تسعى إلى استكتاه خصائص التجربة الشعريّة من زاوية تعدّ من أهمّ زوايا قراءة شعر نزار قبّاني هي الإيقاع خاصّة وأنّ تجربته - على سهولتها - متمنّعة صادّة لا تكشف أسرارها بيسر.
